The fixed bezel, made of 904L steel, is a natural extension of the dial. The engraved hour markers are hand-lacquered, naturally guiding the gaze outwards for a clear and instinctive reading of the time.
The dial features a dual-level architecture, with a contrasting circular and bead-blasted finish in a deep ocean blue color inspired by the abyss.
In partnership with Delugs, FKM rubber was chosen for its flexibility, strength, and comfort against the skin. This advanced material, vulcanized for maximum durability, is tear-resistant, UV-resistant, and seawater-resistant, while remaining impervious to dust. Its silky feel naturally molds to the wrist, even in hot or humid weather. Workshop Production
Upon receipt of your payment, the production of your timepiece is launched. This process, barring conditions beyond our control, is estimated to take four months.
Personalized Follow-up
During this period, you will receive regular updates on the progress of your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your timepiece is ready, it will be carefully shipped to the address provided, along with its certificate of authenticity and warranty card. A tracking number will be provided for this final step.
A Tailored Service
When an in-person handover is not possible, we offer complimentary delivery.
Any customs fees and import taxes for deliveries outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the client.
Secure, Insured, and Signature-Required Delivery
Every shipment is meticulously tracked and fully insured. Your order will be personally handed to you upon signature. To preserve the exclusivity and security of your experience, delivery to a collection point is not available.
Upon receipt, we kindly ask that you carefully inspect the condition of the package. Any apparent anomaly (e.g., open package, damaged packaging) must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by you. In such an event, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping Times
Your order is prepared with the utmost care and shipped within 3 to 4 business days for metropolitan France. For international destinations, delivery is guaranteed within 15 days via our trusted partner, DHL Express.
Follow-up
You will be kept informed of your order's progress at every step via email.
A tracking number will also be provided as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow its journey in real-time until delivery.
Delivery address
For security reasons, deliveries to a post office box, a postal box, or a Cedex address are not permitted.
If you require delivery to a specific address, such as a hotel, please contact our dedicated team, who will be happy to organize the best solution for you.
We offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects on our watches.
Commercial warranty
Your Aynaud watch is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 36 months from the date of shipment or handover. This warranty is valid provided that the warranty card is signed by Aynaud.
Any repair or revision carried out by a third party not approved by Aynaud, will result in the immediate cancellation of the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
Damage caused by incorrect or negligent use. We recommend consulting our user guide to ensure optimal preservation of your watch; Normal wear and tear of the watch due to daily use; Unforeseen accidents or shocks; Loss or theft of the watch.
Coverage of repair costs
If your watch develops a defect covered by the warranty during the validity period, we will cover the repair costs. In other cases, if the problem is not covered by the warranty, the cost of the repair will be determined according to the nature of the intervention to be carried out.
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return, exchange, or receive a refund.
However, due to the on-demand production of our timepieces, no returns or refunds can be initiated before the actual receipt of the package.
Returns from outside the EU are at the client's expense.
We invite you to contact us with any claims so that we can find the best solution together.
Customizations
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping Your Watch
To facilitate a return, please contact us. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice and all documents provided with your Aynaud timepiece. Items that are damaged, worn, scratched, or incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Unidentified packages may be returned to the sender. We recommend that you send your return via a tracked service (e.g., DHL).
Refunds
In accordance with current regulations, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Once the return is validated, you will receive an email confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account will then depend on your bank or card issuer.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, as well as bank transfers. Payments are fully secured through our partner "Mollie".
Security of Banking Data
We use the secure HTTPS protocol with a valid certificate to transmit your banking information. Your credit card number is always encrypted.
Invoicing & VAT
Our prices include French VAT unless otherwise stated. You will receive an invoice with your shipping confirmation email. Once the order is confirmed, it will not be possible to modify the information or generate a new invoice.
VAT Refund
Customers residing outside the EU are eligible for a VAT refund, provided they are 16 years of age or older, regardless of the purchasing method.
